The team at SimmoSalt.co.uk were looking for a new ecommerce website that would help launch their water softener products. In the early stages of the research phase we looked at the competitors website to gauge where SimmoSalt could be more user friendly to potential customers.

Phase 2

Strategy & Production

Once we had completed the wireframes and conducted extensive user testing, we then moved into turning the wireframes into high fidelity layouts. These included Desktop, Tablet and Mobile responsive breakpoint designs to ensure a consistent experience regardless the end users device of choice. One of the biggest challenges was creating an e-commerce experience that allowed customers to make customisations to some of the products that were on offer on the website.

Phase 3

Outcome & Delivery

The end result was a website that gave Simmo Salt an identity and created customers who would come back again because they loved the experience.
